Returns
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at info@moovz.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for pickup via our logistics partner or provide instructions for return shipping.
Return Shipping

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment or issued as store credit.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us within the 7-day return period.
